Day 1

Well I decide that this blog is for me. I don't care who reads it or who dose not. I need this for me. I started weight watchers when I was 23 and lost 60lbs but a few years later I was having some trouble with depression and started some antidepressants. In 2 months I gained 40 lbs. That same year I got pregnant with my daughter Harper. I recently lost my job and I can't afford to join WW so I'm using my old books to do it on my own!   Today started off with a smoothie that Harper and I split.
Plain yogurt- 2pt
1% milk-2pt
Agave-3pt (including what I put in my coffee)
Cheerios-2pt
1% milk-1pt
Cottage cheese-2pt
coffee-0pt
Creamer-2pt
3cheese sticks(through out the day)-9pt
1 egg-2pt
Bread-2pt
fruit snack-1pt

Total-28 points

So I used all my points today and didn't go to crazy(except on the cheese lol) I hit the gym tonight and did my Monday night lap swim. I didn't mention that I'm training for a Triathlon!!! It is so not me but I'm over the moon about it!! I only swam about 30 min when I normally do an hour but I feel the burn now.
